The Minnesota AFL-CIO is the statewide federation of more than 1,000 Local Unions. If you’re a union member, that means you one of hundreds of thousands of working people who make up Minnesota’s Labor Movement.

No matter where we live, what we look like, or what work we do, Minnesota’s Labor Movement fights better pay, safer workplaces, healthcare & retirement security, more union jobs, and respect at the workplace.
