Workers Memorial Day - Apple Valley

Each year on Workers Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who have died as a result of workplace injuries or illnesses – and to renew the call for safety on the job. The Dakota County Labor Assembly will hold a Workers Memorial Day observance April 28 at the Monument to Fallen Workers, located in Apple Valley’s Lebanon Cemetery, off County Road 42 and Pilot Knob Road.

The ceremony features a color guard and brief remarks. Join us as we honor those who have lost their lives on the job.
