Fellow union members and friends of labor are welcome to attend the Washington County Labor Assembly’s holiday party Dec. 4, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Community Thread Senior Center in Bayport, 342 Fifth Ave. N. (Please note that this is NOT at the Community Thread facility in Stillwater, where the party has been held in previous years.)
The party is a potluck, and guests are asked to bring a dish to share. Beverages will be provided.
The party will follow a brief assembly meeting at 6 p.m. This meeting will take the place of regular assembly meetings in November and December, due to holiday conflicts.
To get to the Bayport senior center, head south from State Highway 36 on St. Croix Trail N. Turn right onto 5th Avenue N. The senior center is on the right, and parking is available on the street and in a small lot behind the building.
