Union Members and DFL Activists -

My name is Bethany Winkels, and I am the Secretary Treasurer of the Minnesota AFL-CIO your State Federation representing over 300,000 union members from across Minnesota. Thank you for engaging in the democratic process, not only in your union, but also in your DFL State Convention as Delegates and Alternates. The Minnesota AFL-CIO is proud to convene a Labor Caucus on Saturday morning, at 9am in Room 110 of the Civic Center - please attend! We will be hearing from Minnesota AFL-CIO Endorsed Candidates, discussing the platform and Labor's positions, and organizing to win. We encourage you to wear your union colors and gear throughout the convention!

Delegates and Guests: Kahler Hotel ownership and management are engaging in serious union-busting. They have made coercive statements, refused to bargain, and eliminated union jobs by simply not recognizing the Local 17. We demand that Kahler Hotel respect workers’ rights and dignity.
